We’re two chefs from opposite sides of the world one from the Philippines, the other from Honduras—brought together by a love for food, culture, and community. Growing up, we were both shaped by vibrant kitchens, loud family dinners, and recipes passed down through generations. Our roots may be different, but the heart behind our food is the same: bold flavors, soulful cooking, and a deep sense of home.

Ligaya—which means joy in Filipino—is our way of sharing that feeling with you. We created Amsterdam’s first Filipino–Mesoamerican fusion food truck to celebrate the flavors we grew up with, reimagined together in one exciting menu.

From adobo quesadillas to tropical lechón tacos, every dish is a meeting point of heritage and innovation. This is more than just a food truck. It’s a love letter to where we come from—and an invitation to discover something new.
